TRAINING PACKAGES

BASIC TRAINING PACKAGE

This package is offered for individuals or small groups of athletes who are in the same sport, at the same developmental stage, with similar goals. We provide training customized to meet your needs and focused on the development of all general and dominant abilities related to your sport. Training sessions are twice per week for one hour.

An initial Athletic Assessment is recommended but not required to begin.

Services include:

  • monthly programming
  • testing as needed
  • twice weekly one-on-one or small group personal coaching

A minimum 6 week commitment is required.

ELITE TRAINING PACKAGE

For committed athletes focused on long term goals to reach the highest level of performance we offer expertise in all aspects of your athletic development with customized packages which combine consulting, programming, testing and personal one-on-one coaching. Training packages are completely personalized around your schedule and needs.

An initial Athletic Assessment is required to begin.

Services include:

  • individualized programming
  • testing as needed
  • one-on-one coaching
  • consultation and ongoing support, both in person and via phone, text or email

A minimum 3 month commitment is required. Space is limited, check for availability.
