In order to be able to develop a training program which will assure performance related progress, provide proper training focus and allow for realistic strategies for achieving goals, the coach and athlete must have access to information which provides a clear picture of the athlete’s abilities.

This assessment will help you see your athletic strengths and weaknesses relative to your age and current sports specific status and will give you a good starting point for planning future training.


  • Initial consultation: We will meet with you to discuss your goals, athletic history and current training in order to determine your athletic status.
  • Athletic testing: We will design a custom assessment tailored to meet your needs and abilities. This may include speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance (aerobic and anaerobic capacity) testing as needed.
  • Evaluation and explanation of results: We will discuss in detail your testing results and explain their implications for future programming and training.
  • Recommendations for training direction: We will recommend steps that you can take to improve performance through the use of our services or on your own.
